Thanks to you and your crew for another pleasant buying experience. I get the royal treatment from one and all and really appreciate it. From Jon V. sitting in the Shelby convertible with a smile on his face telling me "it's going to France", to Erin on the financing, Rhonda on the instant title work, Curt and Jay on a bug deflector (and offer to supercharge the new P/U), Frank and Jim going the extra mile for me in finding it and making a trade deal that needed no negotiation on my part to Susan calling me already on Tue AM to thank me for the purchase - SPM is a class act. Like I told her, if she thought I was crazy to buy my first brand new vehicle sight unseen (the '04 F-150), I asked her how she felt about me not only buying this one sight unseen but actually paying for it before I saw it and taking it one step further, applying for the new title still sight unseen.

I wouldn't have purchased three new vehicles in the last 11 months if I didn't enjoy the experience, the people and the business relationship. Thank you for your business as well, Scott. Maureen of course thinks I'm a nut but that's her job and I also notice that every accelerator pedal she steps down on seems to bring a smile to her face.
